JDRF Blue Hair Challenge

22 years diagnosed

I am type 1 myself, diagnosed 22 years ago. I have had a very interesting experience along the way, being allergic to insulin, anaphylactic to some insulin causing many problems. I have had teams from across the world on my journey to help support me and keep me alive. I appreciate your support of raising awareness of the silence we live in being type 1.

I’m fundraising for JDRF to defeat T1D!

I’m fundraising for JDRF to defeat T1D! Once I reach my fundraising target to help support vital T1D research, I’ll be dyeing my hair blue.

Type 1 diabetes can strike anyone at any time, and 8 Australians are diagnosed every day. Diagnosis means a 24/7 fight with no break and facing an extra 180 decisions a day to remain safe and healthy.

Please support my challenge and DONATE NOW to help the #JDRFBlueArmy change the lives of Australians living with T1D. Thank you for your support.

Good luck reaching your target mate xx You’ll have to tell me more about what this is and how it’s affected you one day. Let’s catch up with the kids outside of “work” xx
