Benny and I are jumping out of a plane to show our support for everyone living with Type 1 Diabetes and for JDRF in their mission to find a cure.
Type 1 diabetes can strike anyone at any time - for our family it came out of the blue for our 18 year old having had Covid. Eight Australians are diagnosed every day.
Diagnosis means a 24/7 management with no break - practically this means an extra 180 decisions a day to remain safe and healthy.
JDRF is the largest funder of type 1 diabetes research in the world with a vision to create a world without type 1 diabetes.
