Gatton Farm & Fasteners are fundraising for JDRF to defeat T1D!
Our grandson, Louie, was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at 1. He is now 4 and it has been an eye opening experience seeing what T1 Diabetics have to deal with daily, just to survive.
We've decided to do our part and host a monthly sausage sizzle at our shop, Gatton Farm & Fasteners, with all funds being raised, being donated to help JDRF do invaluable research, to help research to cure, prevent and better treat type 1 diabetes.
Type 1 diabetes can strike anyone at any time, and 7 Australians are diagnosed every day. Diagnosis means a 24/7 fight with no break and facing an extra 180 decisions a day to remain safe and healthy.
